[mythtv-users] [PATCH] Make it possible to delete programs that have no file anymore [again]

Had made it to delete the entry regardless if the file existed or not, 
so "of course" I only tested if it would remove the file-less entry I 
had in my list. But now it would not delete the file when removing an 
entry that _did_ have a file. That happens when you copy&paste if()s 
without paying attention. :-/
