[mythtv-users] saving position not working correctly with pvr-250

I am seeing the position not being saved all of the time.  I haven't
yet figured out a reliable way to repeat the problem, though, so i
haven't sent in an official bug report.  fwiw, I have a 250, and
recently enabled the 'auto save position on exit' flag, although I'm
pretty sure I saw it at least once before that flag existed.
I have auto commercial skipping enabled.
