FWIW, I am not seeing this problem on my Pundit.  I am recording at
480x480, and displaying at 800x600.  Using Thomas Winishoffer's (sp)
latest SiS X drivers.  I am recording using MPEG 4 at 2200 however -
Using an ancient Hauppage wintv pci card, not a PVR250.  Have you tried
recording anything using MPEG4 or RTJpeg? This may help to isolate the
problem...
