Yes, but you need something that connects the PC to the digital cable
box.  Some people's boxes have low speed serial ports on them (mostly
the DirecTV people), so they change their channels using a serial
port.  Other boxes don't have an interface like that, so you need to
get/build an IR blaster which will send IR pulses controlled by your
MythTV box.  The digital cable box will think you pressed "5", but
really it came from the PC.
