[mythtv-users] "Best" option for MythTV Front End?

It would appear that the need for large amounts of drive space and
cpu/gfx proc/disk cooling would make it impractical (noisy/large) for an
all in on (back and front end) MythTV box to be used as a so-called
"set-top box".

Other than the xbox (http://xbox-linux.sourceforge.net/ ) has anyone
tried to do a front end using either of these?

The Prism HQ (http://www.thinkgeek.com/electronics/video/5e77/ )

or new Lindows offering (http://info.lindows.com/webstation/ )

I would imagine the Prism would require that the machine running the myth
backend would have Samba and then if it used the PVR-250 (or other
standard MPEG encoder) the Prism would be able to see the encoded files.
I do recall someone mentioned the file names would not be very useful,
but other than replacing the entire prism HQ OS.... :(

It seems the Lindows webstation would be a good candidate. Though I have
seen plenty of distros discussed at length, I don't think I've seen
Lindows mentioned.... Anyone working on a click-n-run for MythTV for
Lindows?
