Actually, that's a Mini ITX  (its quite a bit smaller than Mico-ATX).  Many
of us here are using the VIA M10000, a riser (allowing for 2 PCI slots
instead of just the 1 that comes with the board).  You will need hadware
encoding in the form of a PVR 250.  You may also need to custom build you
case.  You might also try looking at www.mini-itx.com
<http://www.mini-itx.com/>  as they have quite a few products just for this
board, including cases etc.. 

The onboard MPEG decoder is currently not supported by linux or myth, but it
is being worked on.  This same case holds tru for the MPEG decoder on the
PVR-350.  Video out works fine for most of us, just be sure to use a low-cpu
X manager.  (don't use KDE or GNOME).   With other cases, or a homemade one,
you wont be forced to use a slim-line dvd drive.  Browse through the
'projects' on mini-itx.com and you will see how others made parts fit and
what they did.
