[mythtv-users] ALSA Question from Newbie

Opps.  Forgot that quote I mentioned.  Here it is:

A simple way to test whether or not you've got sound is to use ALSA's little 
aplay utility, like so:

$ /usr/bin/aplay /usr/share/sounds/KDE_Startup.wav
