Here's the circuit I used:  http://www.sput.nl/hardware/tv-x.html

As I said, you need to check your VGA card will handle those
modelines.  One trick: if your card will do interlace but won't do the
low dot-clock, you can double up the horizontal pixel count and the
dot-clock.  Only catch is you end up with highly non-square-pixel
modes like 1440x576.
