Try running "xev" and then pressing the keys.  Most keyboards with extra 
keys send a regular keyboard event with them, it's just that the value for 
that event isn't mapped to anything, so it's ignored.  Look for the 
"keycode" value in the xev output, then use xmodmap to map that keycode 
value to whatever actual key you want, like so:

  xmodmap -e "keycode 167 = Enter"
