[mythtv-users] Choppy video and MAXVBUFFER in NuppelVideoPlayer.h

In looking through the list archives, I found a post indicating a user was
seeing choppy video when using lower bitrates with the PVR-250. And that
the MAXVBUFFER constant in NuppelVideoPlayer.h should be increased to 31 to
fix it.

I'm running a CVS version of MythTV, so that value is already at 31. But
occasionally when changing to a channel I'll find that the video is choppy.
The sound is fine, but the video looks like it's only showing less than
half the frames that it should be. (it's choppy). If I pause the TV feed
for a second and then unpause it it's all synced up and running smoothly.
(which would indicate some sort of buffering issue, I think)

I tried changing that value to 34, and after some brief testing it seems to
be better. Is there any disadvantage to having a higher MAXVBUFFER value?
