Hmm, sounds like you got your share of problems with the rest if the 
hardware,
but did you get any of the dreaded 'Backend stuffed up' messages when 
capturing
video on the pvr250 ?
(this messages is due to issues with kt133&dma - using another non via 
chipset
definitely worked for me)
