And its possible / likely binaries will be available once the
program is stable.  But Windows users aren't used to the 
concept of getting software right off the press while its still
being actively developed; especially by a small group where
resources are better served writting code than packaging 
binary distros.  Mozilla and OpenOffice distribute Win binaries,
but how many people do they have working on it?
