There is a known problem for "install XML::Twig" with
Redhat Linux 8.0. You must update "libexpat". See:

mention this in your message.

The "bttv" driver needs to be loaded correctly. Please see:
/usr/src/linux/Documentation/video4linux/bttv/ or
http://bytesex.org/bttv/ for more information. Most people
first test with "xawtv" ( http://bytesex.org/xawtv/ ) to be
sure that bttv and /dev/video work correctly before trying
MythTV.
