[mythtv-users] running cidbcast

I got the cidbcast from the cvs contrib. I also have the mythnotify-listner 
running on my win box. I ran the cidbcast test and it popped up on my win 
box but not on my mythtv while watching a recording. I have the udp notify 
port set to 6947 (was 6948).

My questions. Do I need to do something else to mythtv to see the cid? And 
what is the best way to run cidbcast? When I run it from an ssh session, it 
runs in the foreground. Can I just run it from rc.local?
