That's normal. WIth me on channel changes it also takes 2 seconds. That's because the tuner has to switch and it needs some time to get the stream going again. I have a PVR250 card and it's normal.
as for the 2 stutterings after changing the channel, jup... have that as well. it's just the stream getting into full gear or something :)
about the OSD, I fixed that without stuttering on my end by editting the OSD.xml and putting the fading from 30 to 1.
