[mythtv-users] Serial Connection for Sony DirectTV

Hello, all.  I've got a Sony Direct TV box that I want to drive via a 
serial-cable connection.  I have gone through the archive here and can 
only find one link to a site that talks about the serial (db9 to db9) 
connection that I want, and it suggests (but doesn't say) a 
straight-through cable should be used.  Can someone verify that?
