You can assign a different Video Source (aka channel lineup) not only to 
each card, but even to different inputs on the same card.

I believe the scheduler is smart enough to record Alias & the 2nd 
showing of The Sopranos *if* your listing data is specific enough for 
it to be able to tell that the 2 showings of The Sopranos are indeed 
the same episode.
