	I thought I had properly qualified my comments about it not being able to do 
both at the same time.  Apologies to you and everyone else for not having 
done so.  I currently don't have any direct experiences with the PVR/350, but 
will soon.  :)

	I am not sure how much of the magic the X-Card does is contained in the 
drivers, but under another OS, it does indeed decode DivX and MPEG and 
display them full screen on my HTDV.  I do know the X-Card does have the MPEG 
decoder in hardware though.

	It's starting to look like the X-Card's magic is largely contained in the OS 
drivers though, with only the MPEG decoder and video output circuitry in 
hardware.  I am reasonably sure the video scaling is done in hardware, but am 
not positive.  The X-Card does allow display of DivX and MPEG files full 
screen on my HTDV.
