ok, I've added quite a bit of stuff today.

First, I've integrated Joseph's sox parsing to my svcd routine, so those
of you who don't use 44.1 sample rates should now be able to properly
encode svcd's.

Secondly, I've added three new export modules courtesy of Todd
Chisholm.  They use transcode and at least the svcd module is supposed
to be faster than my hand-written one (unfortunately, I'm getting errors
about missing audio codecs when I try, so I can't verify this on my own
machine - help appreciated).

Anyway, feel free to play around.  Also, if you have patches and the
like, please use `diff -u` against the current version (new modules can
be sent as-is, since there's nothing to diff against).
