[mythtv-users] MythWeb Error after upgrade

I gor this error when I upgraded too.

it happened  because It installed to /usr/local/bin/ but all my links pointed to 
/usr/bin/ so when I ran myth it was really  the old version so it had no upgrades for the db...

    I had been running the 0.12 version from RPMS successfully, however I 
    upgraded manually to 0.13 that I downloaded from www.mythtv.org and get 
    the following error when I connect to the MythWeb server:
    
    	Fatal Error at /var/www/html/mythweb/includes/programs.php, line 153:
    	SQL Error: Unknown column 'record.recpriority' in 'field list'
    
    I searched thru the archives and found a message relating to this, but 
    it mentioned using the CVS version ... which I'm not using.
    
    My guess would be that there's an upgrade required for the SQL 
    database, but don't know where the upgrade process failed.
    
    Could someone please help?
