MPEG2-PS _is_ a standard (and most the most common) stream source type for
creating DVDs. :)

Ahh, I see what you mean, the MythTV streamtype setting. A DVD setting for
that will presumably output an MPEG2-PS stream that happens to be whatever
resolution and bitrate the firmware thinks is appropriate for DVD. I haven't
used that setting, I just use MPEG2=PS and set the bitrate, etc. I want. For
all I know I'd get exactly the same results using the DVD setting, I just
prefer to set the specifics myself. :)
