A forum for me is easier to read, and to keep track of specific topics.

BTW, I have a Pentium IV dedicated server that i use for a few projects of
mine, with plenty of resources and space left to host such site if you guys
need a host. (I currently have over 750GB unused transfer per month).

Hopefully you're thinking of a phpBB or equivalent engine, and
registration-only type of membership!
