No, you are right.  That's my issue.  I have tried what he suggested.  I 
should have made myself clear about that.  I just saw an opportunity to 
grumble and took it, heh.  Maybe having lirc (though I can't remember 
which program from lirc does this) exec killall xmame.x11.  I'll have to 
try that when I get home.  I've looked for ways to make xmame accept the 
input, too, but didn't find anything accept grab keyboard and grab 
mouse, but that didn't do it either.
Thank you for the info Chuck.  I had no idea about the ability to 
configure mame that way.  Maybe the docs should... oh yeah, there are no 
docs for mythgame, heh.  Or maybe that should be added to the mythsetup 
dialogs, I dunno.  Maybe we myth-user posters should put something 
together that could be used in that section.  Especially if someone can 
figure out how to get the fceultra stuff working fullscreen.  Again, I 
may be overlooking something there.
