You're getting a better deal, IMHO!  The Freestyle (and the Rev1 
PVR-250) has the same onboard HW MPEG decoder that the -350 has, minus 
the TV-out.  So, someday (as soon as both ivtv & Myth support it), you 
may be able to use hardware decoding.
