[mythtv-users] PVR250: 480x480 vs 720x480

If I understand correctly, your bitrate is not changed, so your file size is
not changed.  You now have more pixels, but with the same bitrate you have
less bits per pixel being encoded.  Someone will correct me if I have that
wrong.  :)
