I believe so.  The option "Plug and Play Aware O/S" is set to "No", 
while all DMA channels are set to "PnP", and all available IRQ's (3, 4, 
5, 7, 9, 10, 11, 14 & 15) set to "PCI/PnP".  Does PnP OS need to be enabled?
