for svcd export, you need cvs in order to get the fixes to
mythtranscode.  However, you should still SEE programs.   Where is your
mysql.txt file?  And is your video directory the same on all of your
myth machines (I'm still trying to figure out a reliable way to find the
video directory if there are multiple entries for it in the database). 
The script works by scanning each file, and then doing a database lookup
for each one.

I'm currently working on getting it to have better error reporting,
among other things...
