[mythtv-users] epia and two tuners

I know that this question has been asked before, but the answers I could
find were somewhat less than definitive, so I decided to take the risk and
repeat the question.

Today I received the first few parts for my soon-to-be mythtv-based pvr.

I intend to build a stand-alone machine and was hoping to use two tuners
with my epia m10000.  I currently own a wintv-pci and was hoping to be able
to playback pre-recorded shows or live tv while recording some other show
simultaneously.

Will this work?  If you don't think so, can some combination of tuners be
made to work?  Am I asking the impossible?
