[mythtv-users] no more lirc_i2c

It's not there because it failed to compile.  There is a problem with
the inc_use and dec_use stuff.  You can either comment out the offending
lines in lirc_i2c.c (4 instances, 2 lines each) and recompile or talk to
Axel about the patched version of i2c he is testing (but it won't be
available until this weekend at the earliest).
