[mythtv-users] Mythmusic and MP3 structure

I've just downloaded my MP3 collection off my empeg, and loaded them up to my new mythtv box.

Whats the best method of getting mythmusic to see them and arrange them into some sort of order?

I notice from the setup that there is an option for 

GENRE/ARTIST/ALBUM/Track type format, but how do i utilise this from a load of files.

The MP3's are all tagged, and are in a similar directory structure.
