[mythtv-users] Fw: RH 9 PV-250 no video in mythtv

Hi all,

I have been following Jarod's excellent guide on getting this combo to work.

The good new, I have gotten everythig to work with no errors, the bad news when i try to display tv in mythtv I dont get anything other that a black screen.

I am able to do a cat /dev/video >test.mpg
I get a mpg along with sound, so looks like everything is coming up properly.

I have tryed to get xawtv to work, no dice same problem, no picture.

when I do a mythbackend & i get the following output:

Probed: /dev/video0 - Composite 0
Probed: /dev/video0 - Composite 1
Probed: /dev/video0 - Composite 2
Probed: /dev/video0 - Composite 3
Probed: /dev/video0 - Tuner 0
Probed: /dev/video0 - Composite 4
Probed: /dev/video0 - S-Video 0
Probed: /dev/video0 - S-Video 1
Probed: /dev/video0 - S-Video 2
Probed: /dev/video0 - S-Video 3

No error message appear.

I am using a generic Geforce 2 card (using the installed redhat drivers)

I have set up mythtv to use the /dev/video0 card and the input as the Tuner 0
(I have a cable pluged into the back of the board)

At this point I am kind of stumped, any ideas out there
