[mythtv-users] howIdidit: Debian+Myth from scratch using mdz'spkgs

I can help with B and C (though I'll be using Debian Sid, not Woody). At 
this point, D requires more of a commitment than I can make to the project, 
and I don't know what it might mean to "sign up" for E.
