[mythtv-theming] List of Themes: where is it downloaded from

As of a few minutes ago, it's still at 0.50, showing the last change 6 
years ago. for master, /28, and /29 fixes. /25 is still at 0.40. I don't 
know much about github, but I don't think it will take changes unless 
you have access to the account.
