[mythtv-theming] Screen Setup Wizard

There are going to be some changes to the Screen Setup Wizard 
(appear-ui.xml) in 0.27. The wizard itself has been moved to an external 
application, to work around the inability of the UI to render anything 
outside the limits of the main window, but that should not cause any 
problems with themes. The wizard has changed from using the two corner 
arrows to using the theme preview image, so any themes using their own 
appear-ui.xml would currently be broken.

This is not a finalized change, as it may be deemed too slow to 
repeatedly rescale that image every time you try to move one of the 
corners, and may end up getting played with a bit further before release.
