[mythtv-theming] Anyone not getting their channel icons from Lyngsat Logo?

Note that even at Lyngsat, some of the hi-res icons have transparent 
background (like, for example, 
http://www.lyngsat-logo.com/tvchannel/us/WNBC-TV.html or 
http://www.lyngsat-logo.com/tvchannel/us/WABC-TV.html or 
http://www.lyngsat-logo.com/tvchannel/us/BBC-America-East.html ).  I 
don't think any of our tools pull them for you, but users can specify 
them in the channel editor.
