[mythtv-theming] Theme updates for MythTV v0.24

Since MythTV v0.26 is out and I doubt that old old
versions of themes are getting updated much, if any,
I modified the theme packaging script tonight to stop
packaging MythTV v0.24 compatible themes.

If you're a themer and you'd like to still have your
0.24-compatible theme packages still updated automatically,
let me know and I can re-enable them on a case-by-case basis.
