[mythtv-theming] Are OSD themes linked to regular themes ?

I don't know if this question even makes sense. :-)

I've found a bug in Retro-OSD and want to know if I should open it's own 
ticket, or just lump it into my work porting Retro itself

When you hit "i" watching videos, the area for the video description is 
blank. It's a wrong font definition . Line 144 of osd.xml needs to be 
changed from
 		  <font>descriptfont</font>
to
 		  <font>infofont</font>
