[mythtv-theming] Blootube-wide

Hi, just for the fun of it I have been doing some porting of the old
blootube-wide to trunk. I checked out the current blootube-wide and
did some changes to the recordings-ui.xml I attached to this mail.

I'd like to get some feed back on the work and maybe some hints.

Can I define a color for the text in the basebutton2 list, such that
"watched" are for example in a darker color?
