Revert "Restore realtime priority capability for vsync thread"
Reverting this commit because more threads are getting realtime
priority if more recordings are played. Eventually a deadlock
can occur. The code should reset the priority after playback.

This reverts commit 356c7be85f4596883302580674e7f8be48da00dc.
