ServicesAPI: add new Video/UpdateVideoMetadata method
This method will update most of the metadata associated with a video file.
See https://www.mythtv.org/wiki/Video_Service#UpdateVideoMetadata for a
complete list of parameters. All are optional apart from the Id.
