Add support to build 0.28 and bundle with Qt 5.5.1
This remove support for 32 bits and building Qt from source (just too hard to maintain).

Minimum supported OS is now 10.9 due to the default build option provided by the Qt binaries linking against libc++ and only available on 10.9 and later.
