Services API: Let UpdateRecordedWatchedStatus return false if recording doesn't exist
Makes Dvr::UpdateRecordedWatchedStatus and Video::UpdateVideoWatchedStatus
returns the same. Return a 501 if the input is invalid (they do that now)
and false if there is no matching RecordedId or ChanId/StartTime.
