Removed oldrecstatus from ProgramInfo.
A very old refactoring or ProgramInfo left oldrecstatus in both
ProgramInfo and RecordingInfo.  This change keeps only the one in
RecordingInfo.  It was spotted by Karl Dietz using cppcheck.
