Frontend Network Control: add command to get the active theme details
This adds a new command to get the theme name and theme directory the FE is
using.

The command is:
theme getthemeinfo

which will return something like:-
MythCenterXMAS-wide - /home/mythtv/.mythtv/themes/MythCenterXMAS-wide/
