Initialize m_glDeleteProgram in ResetProcs
The ctors of MythRenderOpenGL2 invoke ResetProcs
to initialize the members.  Add m_glDeleteProgram
to the initialization.

Fixes coverity 700928 and 700929

Fixes #11659.
