Improve the Manual Zoom experience.
Provide OSD feedback on the current zoom settings while in Manual Zoom
Mode.  Zoom in and out in 2% increments, in additive rather than
multiplicative fashion, i.e. zooming N steps gives a zoom factor of
(1 + N*0.02) instead of (1.02^N).
