Log:

Fix minor inconsistencies and misfeatures in deleting recordings.

If AutoExpireInsteadOfDelete is enabled, it is always safe to delete
regular (not "Deleted" or "LiveTV") recordings even if they are marked
as in-use.  Always perform in-use tests and prompt for confirmation
when deleting "Deleted" recordings.
