Log:

MythUI: When recalculating the area of a statetype, it is necessary to
*force* it when <minsize> is involved.

MythRect::CalculateArea aborts if it does not think there is any work to be
done, but it does not always have enough info to make that decision.  So,
give MythUIStateType::RecalculateArea the ability to force the issue.
