Log:

Propagate the verbose mask and the log level to children

Now the verbose mask and log level set when running mythbackend or mythfrontend
will propagate to children.  In specific, when calling mythpreviewgen,
mythcommflag, mythtranscode and mythfilldatabase.

There may be others still that need this treatment.
