Log:

Remove MediaMonitor from video list building.

Was causing fal more problems than it was worth, including infinite
recursion, hangs, and other nasty business.

If someone wants to support hot pluggable devices in a way that conclusively
prevents parsing the whole filesystem, infinite loops, etc. I will
consider patches.
